Voltage sources and structures from distribution classes through EHV are available to test the performance of insulators and line hardware.  A two-axis pulling structure enclosed in a bunker allows full-tension rifle/shotgun exposure tests.  A mobile 500 kV transformer and transportable transformer and tuned resonant sets up to 1200 kV are available for field tests.
